Free Preliminary Assessment Notice
This notice explains the purpose and limits of Elboniel’s free online preliminary assessment and how to proceed if you want individualized professional advice.
1. Purpose of the free assessment
The online questionnaire is a screening and intake tool. It helps Elboniel understand the general nature of your Canadian immigration or citizenship objective and decide whether a detailed Initial Consultation may be an appropriate next step.
2. What you may receive
After reviewing the information submitted, Elboniel may provide a free Preliminary Assessment Report. The report is intentionally limited to a screening summary, information you may need to have ready for a detailed consultation, and the recommended next service step. It is not intended to provide individualized immigration or citizenship advice or a program-eligibility determination.
3. Individualized advice begins under a written professional agreement
If you want Elboniel to assess your personal circumstances in detail, discuss specific immigration pathways, advise on eligibility, strategy, risks or evidence, or provide other individualized immigration or citizenship consulting services, Elboniel will first provide the applicable written Initial Consultation Agreement or other professional agreement for signature.
4. No obligation to book
The free assessment does not obligate you to book a consultation or retain Elboniel. If a consultation is recommended, you may request preferred appointment times through the website. The appointment is not confirmed until the required Initial Consultation Agreement is signed and any applicable consultation fee is received.
5. Accuracy of information
The screening summary depends on the information you provide. Please provide truthful and reasonably complete information. Do not treat the free assessment as confirmation that any particular program, application or strategy is suitable for you.
6. Time-sensitive matters
Do not rely on the free assessment to calculate, preserve or monitor a filing, restoration, appeal, reconsideration or court deadline. If you believe your matter is urgent, seek prompt professional advice.
7. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the assessment is handled in accordance with Elboniel’s Privacy Notice. Optional marketing consent is separate and is not required to receive the free assessment.
